REAL ENGLISH ACTIVITY- WORKING WITH REAL NEWS

I have been working on a series of real news, trying to modify them to turn them into ESL activities.

As you can see in the picture, your students will work with real English. They will be motivated to carry out the activity because the news will be related to their insterests (sports, music…). It is a way of making real use of the language they will read the text not to extract a structure but to understand what they are being told.

This news format will be like this:

• News
• Vocabulary (key words to understand it)
• Questions about the text.
• Activities to link the real life with the structures of the language
